Scrum Master Proficiency

1-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide evidence of at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or 1 year if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach). Evidence must include professional contracts, references, or written recommendations. - Answer 2 questions that probe deep understanding of the Scrum Guide and its application in complex or conflicting situations. - Provide evidence of having designed and delivered at least 1 training or knowledge-sharing session for a team or stakeholders (agenda, materials, outcomes). - Provide evidence of at least 1 structured mentoring or coaching process with a team member, including how it started, progressed, and concluded. - Provide evidence of facilitating at least 1 Scrum event (single-team or multi-team) where a significant conflict, impediment, or dysfunction was present, and describe how it was handled. - Provide evidence of at least 1 team improvement initiative: what was identified, what was done, and what changed as a result. - Present 1 case study of serving Developers, a Product Owner, or the Organization in a non-trivial situation that required judgment and adaptation. - Share at least 3 specific self-improvement goals grounded in patterns observed in their practice.
