
AI Specialist Proficiency
Recognizes practitioners who, beyond personal AI use, create customizations, automations, or AI-assisted products, and actively help others adopt AI effectively. The accredited individual builds AI-enhanced workflows and enables colleagues or clients.
Requirements
1-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must:
- Provide evidence of at least 1 to 2 years of professional AI application beyond personal use, including creating customizations, automations, or AI-enhanced products or services.
- Answer 2 questions on AI architecture decisions, tool selection criteria, and the ethical and organizational implications of deploying AI solutions.
- Provide evidence of having built at least 2 AI customizations, automations, or AI-assisted products or workflows in a professional context (e.g., custom GPTs, API integrations, AI-assisted pipelines, prompt libraries, or no-code AI tools). Include documentation, screenshots, or demonstrable artefacts.
- Provide evidence of having helped at least 2 colleagues or clients adopt AI tools effectively: what the enablement looked like, how it was structured, and what changed in their work.
- Present 1 case study of a significant AI-assisted product or workflow built: the problem it solved, how it was designed, and its measurable impact.
- Share at least 3 self-improvement goals related to advancing AI specialization and enabling others.
