- Provide evidence of at least 2 years of experience as an advisor or consultant in agile contexts (or 1 year if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach). Evidence must include contracts, client references, or written recommendations.

- Provide evidence of at least 2 client engagements where structured agile guidance was provided, including situation analysis, recommendation, and outcome.
- Provide evidence of at least 1 engagement where a documented diagnosis led to a redefinition of the original problem presented by the client.
- Provide evidence of at least 1 engagement where recommendations based on a documented diagnosis were implemented, with outcomes described.

- Provide evidence of at least 1 client learning session (training, workshop, or structured knowledge transfer) they designed and delivered.
- Present 1 case study of an end-to-end advisory engagement: entry, diagnosis, recommendation, implementation support, and closure.
