Training Skills

Recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated foundational training design and delivery capabilities. The accredited individual can design structured learning experiences with defined learning objectives and deliver them effectively to produce observable behavior change in participants.


Requirements

45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience designing and delivering professional training in organizational contexts. - Answer 2 questions on adult learning principles: how adults learn differently from students, the importance of learning objectives anchored to behavior change, and the role of practice and feedback in training. - Provide evidence of having designed at least 2 training sessions from scratch, including learning objectives, session structure, and at least 1 active learning method used (not lecture-only). - Present 1 training session they designed and delivered: show the learning objectives, the session plan, at least 1 teaching technique used, and documented participant feedback or observable outcomes. - Provide evidence of having gathered participant feedback and applied at least 1 learning from it to a subsequent session. - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as a trainer grounded in their current practice.
