Lean Practitioner Skills

45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience applying Lean or continuous improvement practices in a professional context. - Answer 2 questions on Lean principles, the 8 wastes, and basic flow concepts, demonstrating practical understanding. - Provide evidence of having mapped a real value stream or process flow (VSM, swimlane, or equivalent artefact) in a work context. - Provide evidence of having identified and addressed at least 1 specific source of waste in a real process, with documented before-and-after state. - Present 1 practical example of participating in or contributing to a continuous improvement cycle (PDCA, Kaizen event, retrospective with process focus, etc.). - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as a Lean practitioner.
