Facilitator Skills

Recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated foundational facilitation capabilities. The accredited individual can design and run structured group sessions with a defined purpose, managing basic group dynamics and producing a concrete collective outcome.


Requirements

45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience facilitating group sessions in professional contexts. - Answer 2 questions on facilitation principles: the role of the facilitator (content-neutral process guide), managing participation, and basic group dynamics. - Provide evidence of having designed and facilitated at least 3 structured sessions with a defined purpose and outcome (agenda, session design, or documented facilitation plan required). - Present 1 concrete example of a session they designed and facilitated where the group produced a specific collective outcome, describing how they managed participation and kept the group on track. - Provide evidence of having identified and managed at least 1 basic group dynamic challenge during facilitation (dominant voices, lack of engagement, conflict, etc.). - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as a facilitator.
