Change Agent Skills

Recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated foundational change management capabilities. The accredited individual can support organizational change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and help individuals and teams navigate transitions in supervised contexts.


Requirements

45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience participating in or supporting an organizational change initiative (any type of change: process, structural, cultural, technological). - Answer 2 questions on change management fundamentals: the human side of change, common resistance patterns, and basic change frameworks. - Provide evidence of having contributed to at least 1 change initiative in a defined role, describing what changed, their contribution, and the outcome. - Provide evidence of having engaged stakeholders in a change context: how they communicated, who they involved, and what response they received. - Present 1 practical example of helping an individual or team navigate resistance or uncertainty during a transition. - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as a change agent.
