45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience working as a developer in an agile team (contract, team reference, or written recommendation). - Answer 2 questions on the role of a developer in Scrum and the principles of iterative, quality-driven development. - Provide evidence of applying at least one Test First or iterative design practice in a real work context (test cases, TDD examples, iterative design artefacts). - Provide evidence of participating in a Continuous Integration pipeline or equivalent practice (build logs, commit history, CI configuration). - Present one concrete example of how they contributed to team quality practices (code review, definition of done, pair programming, etc.). - Provide evidence of at least one mechanism they used to establish early feedback on their work (automated tests, demo, review session). - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as an agile developer.
