45-minute accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide written evidence of at least 6 months of experience in an advisory, consulting, or coaching role in professional contexts (contract, client reference, or written recommendation). - Answer 1 question on agile advisory fundamentals: the difference between advising, coaching, and training, and when each is appropriate. - Provide evidence of at least 1 client or colleague engagement where they provided structured agile guidance, describing the situation, their analysis, and the recommendation made. - Present 1 practical example of identifying a problem and recommending a practical, evidence-based solution. - Provide evidence of having facilitated at least 1 conversation that led to a concrete decision or agreed action. - Share at least 2 specific self-improvement goals as an agile advisor grounded in their current advisory experience.
