Scrum Master Excellence

1.5-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide evidence of at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or 2 years if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach), across multiple teams or organizational contexts. - Answer 3 questions that require synthesis-level reasoning about Scrum, agile team dynamics, and organizational impediments. - Provide evidence of at least 2 training or knowledge-sharing initiatives led, including design, delivery, and measured outcomes on participants. - Provide evidence of at least 2 sustained mentoring or coaching processes with individual team members, showing progression over time. - Provide evidence of facilitating at least 1 single-team and 1 multi-team event (e.g., cross-team retrospective, PI Planning, or scaled event) with documented outcomes. - Provide evidence of at least 1 team improvement process and 1 individual improvement process, both with measurable before-and-after outcomes. - Present 3 case studies: one of serving Developers, one of serving a Product Owner, and one of serving the Organization at a systemic level. - Provide evidence of having mentored or developed at least 1 other Scrum Master. - Share self-improvement goals that reflect mastery-level awareness and a personal development plan.
