Lean Practitioner Excellence

1.5-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide evidence of at least 5 years of experience applying and leading Lean and process improvement practices (or 2 years if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach), across multiple teams or organizational contexts. - Answer 3 questions requiring systemic reasoning about Lean transformation, organizational resistance, and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement. - Provide evidence of having led at least 2 end-to-end value stream improvement initiatives at team or organizational level, with documented before-and-after metrics. - Provide evidence of having designed or established a continuous improvement system (regular cadence, visual management, escalation paths, ownership structure) in at least 1 organization. - Provide evidence of having enabled at least 2 other practitioners or teams in applying Lean methods independently. - Present 2 case studies of organizational-level flow improvement or waste elimination, each with quantified impact and a description of how the improvement was sustained. - Share self-improvement goals that reflect a systemic view of operational excellence and continuous improvement leadership.
