Change Agent Excellence

Recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated mastery in leading complex organizational change at scale. The accredited individual designs systemic change strategies, influences C-level leadership, builds organizational change capability, and creates lasting transformation.


Requirements

1.5-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide evidence of at least 5 years of experience leading organizational change (or 2 years if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach), across multiple organizations or large-scale, multi-stakeholder environments. - Answer 3 questions requiring strategic and systemic reasoning: designing change at scale, managing organizational culture as a system, building internal change capability, and measuring transformation impact. - Provide evidence of having led at least 2 large-scale change initiatives with documented systemic outcomes (organizational-level metrics, cultural indicators, or structural changes that outlasted the initiative). - Provide evidence of having influenced C-level or senior leadership to actively sponsor and sustain change in at least 2 contexts, describing the approach and the resulting leadership behavior change. - Provide evidence of having built change management capability in others: mentoring, developing, or training at least 2 change practitioners or teams. - Present 2 case studies of transformational organizational change at scale: initial organizational state, diagnostic process, strategy design, execution, resistance management, and measurable sustained impact. - Share self-improvement goals that reflect a systemic and strategic perspective on organizational transformation.
