
Business Agility Advisor Excellence
Recognizes practitioners who have demonstrated mastery in advising organizations on business agility at strategic level. The accredited individual leads complex consulting engagements, diagnoses systemic challenges, co-creates transformation strategies, and builds client self-sufficiency.
Requirements
1.5-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must:
- Provide evidence of at least 5 years of experience as an advisor or consultant in agile and business agility contexts (or 2 years if continuously mentored by an ACA Accredited Coach), across multiple client organizations.
- Answer 4 questions requiring strategic and systemic reasoning about business agility: organizational design, leadership enablement, scaling, and sustaining transformation without dependency.
- Provide evidence of at least 2 senior management engagements where new strategic agile knowledge was introduced, including the situation, the content delivered, and the impact on decisions made.
- Provide evidence of at least 4 client engagements where complex organizational problems were diagnosed and solved with documented agility outcomes.
- Provide evidence of at least 2 engagements where a documented diagnosis led to a fundamental redefinition of the client's original problem.
- Provide evidence of at least 2 engagements involving the development of recommendations based on a structured diagnosis, and their subsequent implementation.
- Provide evidence of at least 2 facilitated sessions at strategic level that built consensus or commitment around organizational corrective actions.
- Provide evidence of at least 1 multi-day training and 1 executive workshop designed and delivered to build client capability.
- Provide evidence of at least 2 engagements where a co-created plan enabled the client organization to sustain improvement independently.
- Present 2 case studies of complex, multi-stakeholder advisory engagements: entry point, diagnostic process, intervention design, implementation, and measured outcomes.
- Share self-improvement goals that reflect a strategic and systemic view of business agility advisory practice.
