AI Champion Excellence

1.5-hour accreditation interview. The candidate must: - Provide evidence of at least 3 to 5 years of professional AI experience, including at least 2 years in an organizational AI leadership capacity (strategy, governance, or portfolio management). - Answer 3 questions on AI leadership: organizational AI maturity assessment, governance framework design, risk management, and ROI evaluation of AI investments. - Provide evidence of having defined or contributed to an organizational AI strategy, including scope, priorities, and success metrics. - Provide evidence of having established or led the creation of AI governance policies in an organization: acceptable use policies, risk classification, data privacy rules, and compliance mechanisms. - Provide evidence of having assessed AI competencies across an organization or significant department, including the methodology used and the resulting development plan. - Provide evidence of managing a portfolio of at least 3 AI use cases: how they were evaluated, prioritized, implemented, and measured. - Present 2 case studies of leading organizational AI deployments: from opportunity identification through governance, deployment, change management, and measured business impact. - Provide evidence of having enabled or developed other AI practitioners or specialists in the organization. - Share self-improvement goals that reflect a strategic and systemic view of organizational AI leadership.
