As a coach & consultant I work with organizations, teams and individuals. I create space for you to develop the solutions that fit your situation and your goal. I work with logical structures that make areas of tension and conflicting needs and interests visible and manageable. In doing so, we activate and channel the resources and competencies that make the desired goal attainable.
