Alina Peshti

Alina Peshti is a business transformation consultant and agile coach with over 10 years of international experience supporting organizations through change. She helps teams and leaders adopt more adaptive, collaborative, and customer-focused ways of working by applying agile frameworks, design thinking, and practical facilitation techniques.

She has recently supported transformation initiatives at DEWA, El Palacio de Hierro, focusing on business agility at scale, and at UNICEF, where she used design thinking to co-create solutions with multidisciplinary teams in the marketing domain.

Alina’s background includes leading strategic initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement in complex environments. She is experienced in working across cultures and sectors, with a strong ability to adapt her approach to each organization’s context.

She holds an MBA from ICADE Business School and certifications in Agile Coaching (ICAgile), Scrum Mastery (CSP-SM), Product Ownership (CSPO), and Agile Leadership (CAL).
